Factors to be considered while starting a building construction

Building construction is the process of making structure on the property. Therefore, there are several factors that need to be kept in mind while inception of the construction. These are:

1. The site or land should be free from roots of the trees, up to 2 feet level below the ground.

2. Layout of the building should be done by fixing RCC (reinforced cement concrete) or brick columns by marking all the columns and walls on the ground with proper measurement.

3. Plinth level should be firmly fixed by keeping the high flood level into consideration.

4. Soil level and quality should be examined before laying the foundation of the building.

5. In case the water inflows in trenches, it should be pumped out immediately.

6. Brick work should be done according to the sites plan and drawings.

7. Mortar should be used to fill the joints of the bricks completely.
