UK Construction Growth

We’re pleased to report that the UK construction market really took off last month with construction work rising at its fastest pace for more than six years.

It shows that many building firm are heading in the right direction, and we’re now beginning to see continual progress in the construction sector.

The Markit/CIPS UK Construction PMI was at 62.6 in November, up significantly from 59.4 in October. This increase represents great deal of construction activity, and it’s also led to an increase in employment.

We all hope this rise continues into 2014, but overall 2013 has been a good recovery year for the UK Construction industry.
